If you are LGBTQ+, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Recensione dipendente - Production presso Samplize

This is hands down one of the worst, if not THE absolute worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working for. The business makes too much money for these twenty somethings to run it into the ground. I was constantly on the edge of a mental breakdown because of the lack of direct communication, and I was terminated over the phone for my mental health symptoms being scary to the shift leads and being unwilling to be treated any differently by a particular shift lead for being transgender. This company respects your pronouns... as long as you're not nonbinary. They constantly misgender their nonbinary employees and then when the least little bit of resistance to the abhorrent treatment, you get written up for insubordination. The HR department will say one thing and then do twenty others to spite you because their HR guy is spineless. Well and truly a simpering coward of a man who wouldn't stand up for a free sandwich, let alone any of his principles. If you are LGBT, DO NOT work for this company if you have a choice about it. Worst year of my life, without question. Supremely terrible, like a -1000/10, would not recommend
