HR and management have no right or control. everything is decided by director. 5. pathetic leave management organised by director. 6. Director interferes in matters like using phones, abusing people for excessive use of washrooms, Stretched lunch break or tea break, slightly stretching cramped body while working. 7. Festival holidays are removed and told to use all in 21 paid leaves. no SL no CL. 8. In natural outdoor occurrences like excessive floods, Political outrages, Etc. Employees are still told to be present or Deduction of Salary (full or half day). 9. No cultural functions. If any employee wishes or greets for any festival then again director comes running and abuses and advice HR to deduct that 5 mins salary for wasting time.
