1. You can learn how to harass anyone when you want to remove them. 2. There is such thing as management, it is managed by someone who have not studied more that SSC 3. Only the person who knows how to please your boss can stay in this company, just to nod your head in yes and no. 4. If you think you will get any growth which they say while recruiting then don’t fall in those traps its all fake, once you join you will be treated as slaves. 5. No functions or employee recreation facility given by company, also your moral will be always be down as no support from HOD’s or HR. 6. HR does not anything about labour law or calculation everything is done by others. 7. Company provide lunch which can not even compared with road side food. 8. It is fit for people who cannot do any work and just give fake figures of cost effectiveness or cost saving to higher ups. 9. No one in the company knows how a business has to run, just run the business like general stores. 10. High level of attrition rate. 11. No professionalism at all. 12. They never do what they promise, but will always do what they think is not beneficial to employee 13. Owners have no engagements other then introducing new rules every day. As they just keep googling what new harassments i can do to the employees. 14. They give optional holidays but do the castism in that. I.e. hindu cannot take leave on “EID”, so before any government holiday they will send sheets to write either you are taking holiday or not. 15. None of them has any system knowledge, but they have to comment on each and every system implementation. 16. There is no work defined anyone would be given any work, like IT would be given household work or admin will be asked to go and service owner’s car at service center.
