Poor or NO communication. People are fake, judgmental, gossip a LOT. Company values are BS, protects assailants. Victims don’t get support and can’t speak up or escalate from fear of retaliation. Performance/Goals process prohibits employees celebrating and acknowledging their wins and performance, limits growth.
