If your market its not big enough no one will care about your local issues. Since the leaders positions tend to change every 3 years, the koreans tend to think in short term ( focus on the big show or impact) not caring about the long run, locals on the other hand think in the long run, therefore its a constant fight between the show koreans want to put, and what really makes the business grow.
