This place treats people like that are replaceable parts. Everybody is running around like crazy, but nobody knows what they are doing. The senior leadership is afraid to make decisions because they will get promoted if they just avoid screwing up. Promotions happen based on seniority not based on ability. As a result, some leaders have no idea what they are doing. The mentality is to play it safe and be a fast follower, thus it will always be #2. No strategy whatsoever.
