Upper management knows how to select outstanding individuals. Senior executives are approachable, well spoken, and level headed. The company focuses on training less experienced but ambitious individuals who would otherwise be overlooked by “more qualified” candidates. There is no micromanaging, and schedules are flexible.

Culture and fit is a large part of this company. Most employees are hired based on fit, drive, and overall character rather than experience. You will meet nice people that are great to work with. Few execs and upper management are overall very friendly and approachable. Most people will find themselves sticking around for a long time due to the friendships and bonds they have with others. If you wish to branch out and work on other projects, management is very open and will often be supportive of your extra projects within the company. Company was initially growing exponentially prior to 2020-Gate (more below). Great benefits (free medical/dental/vision) with stock options.

If you do not stick to the status quo, you will be reprimanded and ridiculed. This applies both in your work and in your personal life (yes, execs are that invasive). Expect gaslighting on a regular basis if you don't fall in line. In the event that you do run into difficult coworkers, employees learn to either "deal with it" or "have an open conversation with the offender." Doing the latter will backfire, and backfire hard. Take up a hobby or keep a stress ball in your drawer. Your hard work will be rewarded with more work, higher expectations, and no additional compensation. "Wearing many hats within the company" will be a catch phrase by the unfortunate few who are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. 2020-Gate will be known as the moment that the company began to lay off a large amount of their workforce, small increases become even smaller, and the large new building, once bustling with people, has now become a museum. Loyal employees that have been with the company since the beginning have begun to leave. Disgruntled employees are either numb to these changes or begin to act erratically, making work difficult and tense for others. Company does not match 401k (not a huge con, but something to note).
