Risposta di Sanctuary
7yWe’re sorry that you had a negative experience at Sanctuary. We can assure you that we take all staff concerns seriously as outlined in our Grievance policy and in our Bullying and Harassment policy, and as part of these arrangements staff are also able to speak to their senior manager or local HR Business Partner in order for this to be investigated where necessary. Sanctuary also has an established Staff Council, with local trained Staff Council representatives who are another avenue of support for staff, and in addition to this a confidential Employee Advice Service. Diversity is one of the core values of Sanctuary Group, and in relation to its commitment to this value, Sanctuary has zero tolerance of the negative behaviours described. Furthermore we have robust policies in place to manage when individual conduct and behaviour falls below the standards expected, and would encourage members of staff to report these using the mechanisms available to them as above, and escalate these as appropriate.
Sanctuary monitors staff turnover trends across the business and we also welcome all individual feedback from staff leaving the business. This can be provided in confidence via our leavers survey which staff moving on from the business are encouraged to complete, in order to identify where improvements in the business can be made.
Should you wish to discuss your experience confidentially with a member of the HR team, please do get in touch.
