Rewarding job but awful management and head office - Recensione dipendente - Healthcare Assistant presso Sanctuary

Head office constantly meddling with how units/ shifts are run. Recently took pay cut but increase in hours for full timers. No longer entitled to a meal at lunch time because they're trying to save money - yet they always have about three courses each when they come to 'visit'. Could go on. Far too concerned about making money rather than their staff wellbeing - hence the huge staff turnover rate.
