6yThank you for your feedback. I would like to assure you that at Sanctuary we value all feedback and look to learn and embed lessons where possible and practical. I am sorry to learn that your time with Sanctuary Group did not meet your expectations. It would be useful to know if you raised any of your concerns directly with your managers, a staff council representative or your local HR Business Partner at the time.
We take great pride in working closely with our service users and tenants and operate high customer service standards. Where customers are unhappy we do all we can to engage and work with them. I also want to assure you that we take our training commitments to our staff very seriously and have robust training programs for all levels of staff at Sanctuary Group. This may be face to face training, or online training, depending on the need.
