- Competitive pay - Active changes in regards to diversity - staff inclusion in organisations changes- kudos to new CEO.

Svantaggi

- High workload - Too much responsibility at times with no power to enforce change where and when required but this is changing which is great.

It’s a dispensary but they at least have a semi work life balance and pay a little more than other dispensaries. It’s. It a terrible place to work as far as dispensaries go.

No true full time and also sometimes we were rushed with custimers and made mistakes bc of the rush
