Vantaggi
Money can be better than competitors. Pay is variable based on miles driven to deliver your SandBox; the shorter the distance, the smaller the pay per load, yet you can make many deliveries in one 12 hr shift, making shorter distance deliveries the real money makers. I drove for them ~6 months and I netted ~43k before paying the government machine its commission, which is not bad, but we often had a close well to make that pay happen. "Unlimited" unpaid time off
Svantaggi
Money can be worse than competitors. I think the variable pay rate needs adjusting, as even though they pay slightly higher for a longer distance delivery, it in no way makes up for the fact that you will make far fewer deliveries in your 12hr shift. When I was there, a close wellhead around town that takes approx 1-1.5hr round trip would pay ~$80, while a further one that could take 2-3 hr round trip would pay ~112-120. See the discrepancy? The close well would normally pay at least 50% more in the day than the further out well. This heavy fluctuation in pay creates excess stress in drivers when there are no close wells or someone isn't getting placed on a close well often.
