The company is now bigger than indicated on glassdoor - about 100. The company is still small enough so everyone has an impact, but is slowly developing the systems to handle the big company problems to deal with - a product in production ; new product introduction ; and next generation in desigh. Many engineers get the chance to work on new designs and architecture and software from the ground up. The company is in a new location so everyone has a relatively comfortable space to work, but not luxurious. Diner is still provided .

Svantaggi

It is a startup, so don't expect some other department to handle all the problems like in a big company. Many problems pop up due to company growth, just because it had not had to deal with it yet. At least there is not much attitude of 'we do that way because we always did it that way'. As in most chip companies I do not see a growth path on the technology side, just keep producing the next design - but that is what a lot of us like.
