Engineers are knowledgeable, experienced and ready to give a helping hand. As a design engineer there are opportunities to work on every aspect of land development and become proficient at every aspect design.

The work load at times can become overwhelming with projects lining up on the same deadlines and clients pushing their project. The pay/compensation at Sandis compared to industry standard is lower. Money can be made up with overtime which depends on project budgets and end of the year bonus.
