Terrific company whose owners have really invested time and energy into making employees excited about coming to work. Both corporate offices (Indianapolis IN and Scottsdale AZ) are beautiful and employees have all the tools they need with which to be successful.

As a small company, there aren't a lot of layers of management. That is actually a good thing because decisions can be made quickly, and the managers are also responsible for a lot of the work. Downside-there aren't a lot of promotion opportunities due to the small size.

Great staff! Fast paced working environment with plenty of room for advancement if you put in the time and get your job done well. Great working experience as well.

Would like to have a little more interaction with the executive team, but my role was to support the analysts so most of my time was spent working that group, not a bad thing.
