-poor proceses (plenty of bottlenecks) -poor management decisions (want change but do not want to provide solutions or ideas by employees) -some people had issue with salary payments on time -chaos in administration (nobody knows anything and dont know who can support you with) -fast paced enviroment (too fast; not swift) -a lot of useless pep talk on a different org levels (company culture is not strong at all) -some people spend too much career time and don't accept fact that world moved on and some things might be done faster and with better quality now (refering to people at their 30s)
