Terrible on how they treat employees - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Sandoz

Terrible work life balance, usually above 80 a week. I was working nearby 7 to 10 PM everyday and always had my laptop in hand. The worst part is the mediocre management who often is too egotistical to get much done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not know anyone in the company that has not been yelled at, ridiculed, or bullied by a higher up.
