Senior Management and Top Management are Scandinavian and white. Treat people of colour like they are inferior and dont belong I witnessed Indian nationals being skipped on promotions because they are from India, with top management saying "He's Indian, he should feel lucky he is in the senior position he is now" to calling all people of colour refugees. Salary and benefits are far below standard in alot of countries. You are expected to travel alot, sometimes three times a week on an internation long haul flights, thats 6 flights lastin 8 hours or longer a month, and you are expected to fly economy class. The organization structure and strategic direction changes every six months. They have a very high attrition rate, not surprisingly.

Work–life balance is actually respected. Most managers honor boundaries, don’t expect late-night firefighting as the norm, and are fine with you taking time off when you need it. Solid parental leave. The parental leave policy is extremely generous compared to a lot of places in the industry, and leadership is generally supportive of people actually using it. Interesting, challenging work. Plenty of chances to solve real problems, not just busywork. If you’re proactive, you can own projects and grow your skill set. Good benefits package. Healthcare, 401(k), and time off are competitive, and HR does a decent job of making the options clear. Smart coworkers who care. A lot of sharp people who genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and the business, which makes collaboration worthwhile when it works.

Communication needs improvement. Priorities and decisions don’t always flow clearly from leadership to the teams doing the work, which leads to confusion and rework. Too many silos. Teams tend to operate in their own lane, and cross-functional collaboration can be painful. Information gets stuck instead of shared.
