Sangfroid is certainly a very early-stage, small startup consultancy. It's all hands on deck and you wear many hats. Expectations change month by month and aren't communicated well. Work product and time spent on work are micromanaged without much coaching available. I was there during a very rapid growth period and just as new senior leaders were hired, things may be different now.
