Global business Working with some very smart people Director of Communications is brilliant woman with a very good head on her shoulders. Communications team is strong and dynamic group of individuals.

Toronto office is having a really hard time. Senior management are not aligned. Very low moral among employees. Approximately half of the Toronto business is made up of contracted employees who receive no benefits or thanks from the company. They are also not allowed to partake in any employee recognition events(summer BBQ) despite the fact that many of the contractors have worked at the Toronto office day in and day out for years.

Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
