      Great benefits, company car, good commissions. Everyone I worked with in the local territory was great and helped one another. Made many good friends for life.

      After the regulations were put in place the company and managers began to micro manage everything. Use to be here is your quota and your territory. Go do your job. Ten it became here are the doctors in your territory you must see this one x amount of times per month. Some of these doctors didn't even use the type of pharmaceuticals we sold so there was no benefit to do that. If you didn't you got less than expected on your year end review. Even if you were well above quota.

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
