      The environment is comfortable. There is no much pressure. You can work as well as enjoy life. Vacation planning is flexible.

      Communications between employees and the company is not very transparent. Some announcements came suddenly without any discussion between employees and the company.

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
