Nothing . Upper management is out of touch with the team . Does not set people up for success. Implementation of unrealistic expectations & then provide ZERO support to meet milestone and then blame you for the missed deliverable . Forces to work all holidays due to unrealistic expectations & then management tells you to do better with “work life balance “ . Can’t take sick days due to risk of missing unrealistic deadlines tied to annual performance reviews.
