Care about accuracy, reproducibility, scientific integrity, people owning their own mistakes, giving credit where it's do, etc. etc. Forget it. Work here only for the benefits and to pad your resume. Kiss up, tell whoever is above you whatever they want to hear, maybe publish a paper or two to burnish your brand and get the heck out of Dodge before the hive mind changes you.
