      Direct management cares about their employees, most people are great to work with.

      Upper site management and Global used to care about employees but now we are just a number. No work-life balance. Expect to work late, nights, and weekends with no extra pay or recognition. No accountability for poor performers. No recognition for good employees. No opportunity for advancement.

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
