Another employee just pleaded guilty to wire fraud for embezzling money from the company and has turned states evidence. It's a terrible situation for all the investors and the new leader is not very good, he doesn't know what he's doing. The IP portfolio is worthless and the board has no experience turning around a troubled company...they're all investors.
