you can learn storage and cloud technologies if you want. pressure is there but nothing much will happen even if you miss dead lines. not much micro management. you just need to show that you are working on something busy. few good people who are helpful.

Absolutely useless HR dept. in-fact it is just for name sake and mostly working as assistant to executives and booking their flight tickets. You need anything you have to ask and ask and ask and follow-up and follow-up.... Old timers in the company are simply enjoying, they are very hypocrite and can't work with. Today you will work on something and tomorrow something else, can't predict at all. Most discussed topic in the company is about "job searching", attrition rate is very high. 4 managers and around 10 other employees resigned in last year. Never expect a flat and cool start-up culture. lateral joiners get very high pay.
