- Quarterly sales goals rather than monthly - Too many loopholes to lose incentive/commissions payments - Branch employees are often in direct competition for sales with their managers; managers should not have sales goals so that they can focus on managing the branch and customer experience - Horrible IT systems that constantly crash for hours - Alot of hangers-on from previous banks (ICB, Sovereign, etc) that cannot keep up with new demands of the company - Too much micromanagement from all levels
