The people who worked in a project for 4 years will show so much superiority when a new joinee comes. Do you people think you are legends? These people do not know how to talk with new joinee. They will ask whether we are from insurance background or not. If we say "No", they wil give some sarcastic expression especially in L&P division.
- Projects are not proper. They will tell agile methodology but if we enter in project nothing will be there.
-Coming to transportation which is very worst. You people are taking 2k from every employee and making us to wait for the cabs everyday. Why can't you provide the proper cabs like "Innova" which is very comfortable for long travel. You people will provide that TAVERA and Indica cabs which are very uncomfortable to sit for long travel.
