As such, delivery is an everpresent issue and dissapoints clients, some choosing to end the relationship early in the process and the opportunity is missed. While their results in the short term may look ok, in the mid to long term, they'll be relegated to a lower tier player while their competition will steamroll them in the market with full featured products.
