management very unsupportive of employee needs.. cookie cutter rules and regulations. very little recognition for a job well done or for continuously going above and beyond what is required.. employess can get by doing the very minimum as long as they show up while employess who work hard from time in to time out get the book thrown at them over a deceased reletive or needing time off for other reasons that doesnt fall into there list of approved absences. i feel like because of the union protecting our jobs, the company looks for any reason to fire or discipline you every time there is any gray area, which makes the union more and more necessary.
