Very good - Recensione dipendente - Senior Developer presso Sapple Systems

No politics, we playes game in free time, even with managers small size company but best.

no cons for me here. good company.

1) A great working environment where anybody else can give feedback and suggestion for company development, either that person is at senior position or even any fresher. 2) A great support at personal level, if any employee needs any personal support, This company always stands with the guys as their family. 3) I have experienced lots of challenging work here; I must say Sapple is great move in my life. Only in this company I have learn a lot and learn to think out of box. 4) I always enjoyed to be an “IT professional” here :) 5) Sapple always prefer to give their employee a good increment if he/she deserve. I have never any issue with Sapple’s appraisal rules. No any company will give such increment as Sapple offers. 6) Sapple always concern with their associates (all employees) before making any policies, if any policy is not in favour of employee or anybody have objection, company always listen to them and make necessary changes. 7) Honesty is the best policy. It’s always true, if you have worked with Sapple with honesty this company will never take any wrong step for you. But you need to show your honesty and commitment. You don’t need to be lucky if you are honest. 8) Think you have a great opportunity to be a part of sapple, before joining.. This is true... I am writing such comments because I have experienced these...
