They had a very smart VP of manufacturing who was quality minded. They spent money at times to educate their people.

The top brass in HR and Quality were awful. It appeared they only promoted individuals that had been with the company a long time and with no college education. Lack of new blood throughout the organization stifled the creativity and efficiency. The computer system is 30 years old and labor intensive making processes very slow, cumbersome and morale-squashing.
