Starting Pay a little low.

There were no pros for working at this company.

Management is comprised of people who are in the position based only on tenure and not experience or intelligence. They are a very deceptive company. A lot of upper management lacks the ability to manage. The company is very tight with money and also does not pay well. Do not plan on a raise even after two years!
