I find it hard to come up with any positives.

The combination of outdated technology, poor communication, excessive workload, and unresponsive management creates an environment that is detrimental to professional growth and overall job satisfaction. Absolutely none what so ever!

I have to say that as a woman of color I have never felt more out of place than here. Not inclusive at all and the D&I efforts are mainly done for 'marketing' reasons.
