If you like to work without any interference, or direction, in a small company with huge potential, and you can tolerate the inability of management to react to challenges, this may be the place for you. While nepotism runs rampant, they are nice people who may want people to succeed there, they just didn't seem to have the ability to help people. Extremely low compensation with ineffective marketing (I have seen ridiculous tweets about mundane topics that have nothing to do with the company's core principles of providing product lifecycle management tools and/or services to engineers.

Svantaggi

Lack of strategic vision, poor executive management, overworked, unprofessional (pulling people into meetings on a whim, calling at home at night, etc.), and underpaid.

Excellent culture, people, structure, resources, and cutting edge technology - motto of do right by the customer and they will do right by Saratech is much welcomed

as with many companies that are supporting customers in their locations, the staff is spread out all over several countries, but the HR staff works hard to bring everyone together for virtual events and in person events when appropriate
