Has growing pains due to rapidly increased headcount, such as too much internal SAAS churn, some teams overstaffed while others understaffed, somewhat unsteady predictability of projects/pipeline etc. These problems are acknowledged and being addressed.

Literally every review on here says the same negative thing about the lack of competent leadership, the negative attitude and experience with HR and how the only people being reprimanded for these issues are the employees that raise a cause for concern. Quality department basically doesn’t exist. A bunch of low iq ex military high school dropouts. There is no manufacturing engineers that can do the basic job function. Software is all ChatGPT or AI generated, Composites team sits around and milks the clock all day. Just hand this company over to Anduril or GD already and let’s put this pig down.
