Leadership is either book trained lacking hands on procedure experience or hands on trained lacking knowledge patience and discipline necessary to be a successful leader and lead a successful and peaceful team. Work environment tends to get hostile. Supervisors and leads seem to provide purposeful miscommunications and misinformation. Lack of quality and broken tools yet quality output expected with insufficient tools and instruction. Numerous safety issues go unaddressed. Employees voices are unheard, we were brought here to make this company great and your inexperienced supervisors shut us down.
