the increment is yearly, the training is excellent, one of the best i should say. but practical experience depends on the project or role you r assigned to,

Lot of projects are just operation and maintainance, less challenging work but requires more work time, also meaningless preasure. The HR's keep on changing , they dont have a clue about the employees, I was once stuck in a flood while on an onsite , yet nobody called and enquired.

Is there anything that is worth writing? Sasken doesn't even have the brand name anymore.

Unprofessional, unethical, selfish and cunning managers who cheat their subordinates just to improve their own KRAs. No transparency. Highly mismanaged organization!!! Worst than a government office. I would tell to everyone - DO NOT JOIN SASKEN.
