The C level appears to have no idea what they're doing, which is sad. Management is completely lost and Engineers with no background, expertise, or intention to develop leadership and communication skills are leading people in the darkness. That could not be in itself a bad thing, but the culture of nepotisms just makes this a place in which working becomes a burden.
