Vantaggi
Good pay and benefits: free foreign language classes, 2 weeks of remote work, meal vouchers, free tax filing, snacks, free coffee, a nice office in a good location, and work-life balance.
Svantaggi
Since I started working at Satispay, I've seen many people get fired, and lots of people didn't last through their probation period. Managers act like it's normal, even laughing about it (I am not joking, I saw it happening during working meetings and company parties). This makes me question their ability to hire the right people and the sincerity of the "We are a family" vibe they try to create. There's a culture of micromanagement at Satispay that top managers seem to promote. This means every little thing (even the most insignificant one) you do is closely watched, evaluated, and adjusted to conform to the established norms. You will quickly feel suffocated. Moreover, if you make any mistake, it's held against you. This is quite unreasonable; it's a company that doesn't tolerate even the slightest errors from its employees. The company is resistant to change, prefers employees who always agree, and struggles to nurture and develop senior talent effectively. I quickly lost motivation and regretted my decision to leave my previous job. My advice to those evaluating Satispay during the interview process is to reach out to current or former employees on LinkedIn. Speaking with people who have worked or are working at Satispay can provide valuable insights into what truly lies beneath the surface before making a decision to accept an offer.
