Inefficient and no SOP or processes. Everything is chaotic and not coordinated from the hiring, to the training and to performing the job itself. This makes working very difficult and things are either swept under the carpet or pushed to someone else. No one really cares about their coworkers (in the office at least). You would expect a lot from a public listed company but over here you gotta manage your expectations. Culture is toxic and there’s no good reason to stay.
