They are required to work in 3 rotating shifts. Working freelance as Grab or McDonalds pays better then that. Unprofessional HR - saw one of them at career fair (short guy) who provided a curt attitude to my friend and even rolled his eyes. She left her contact details but got ghosted. I got the experience that I needed and have left SATS to join another company that pays its AOs much better.
