bad - Recensione dipendente - Stores Manager presso Sattva

I joined as a stores manger in this organization in January 2023. Due to some emergency and personal reasons, I was taken leave for one week. I have properly communicated my top management about my leave but The management hold my salary without any reason. SO I quite from this company . Salary holding is regular practice in this company and many employees are crying . No time limit and if any mistake happens they debit from employees salary also. People cannot leave from the company with out finishing the task.
