Salary is not that high in comparison with the experience

1) Stable environment for long term people who wants to work for along time in one place. 2) HR is very helpful. 3) No Salary delay.

1) The place will not give you technical experience. You should improve you self. 2) You will wast a lot of effort with no appreciation. 3) Many managers are not qualified. They don't have a good technical skills to be in their positions. 4) Some managers don't respect the work hours. They request to make the job done even it is outside the work hours. 5) Business users don't help you by a clear requirement. Also Managers don't make enough analysis before they request any development task. May be after you get the job done, your manager will discover that it is not what he need. Than's because of wrong man in the wrong position. 6) Sometimes it become like a gang. Every one in any position can bring his relatives.
