-beneifts not good as compared to mnc -sometimes required to work late but they will compensate time off -its 5.5 work week on paper but u dont have to work on sats unless there is training (bcss,mwah) or emergencies (rare if ever)

The work environment is excellent — the team and managers are incredibly supportive, schedules are flexible, and there’s no pressure from excessive overtime or interpersonal stress.

Opportunities for advancement are limited, and salaries don’t increase with tenure. Additionally, there’s no on-site canteen, and the office environment is rather uncomfortable.
