The expectation-to-reward ratio is outlandish! No matter how much time you gave and how much effort you put in, upper management was never thankful. Working here was like working in a high school; the gossip mill is working overtime. The benefits and wages didn't compensate for the workload. Upper management put a ton of pressure on lower-level managers/supervisors, especially when department managers were away. This job is great if you are a part-time employee, but if you have any managerial position, be prepared to be a cog in the machine.
