I did have to work on New Years Eve last year to work on the closing of a project which wasn't too fun.

No accountability for anything or anyone

This company does not know how to finish projects. This company does not know how to run projects this company builds and develops, solar projects, however, is focused and worried about unimportant things like subscriber software, never worked and IT software is being used to manage construction projects. Most of the employees are working towards something that doesn’t exist, instead of focusing on how the company makes money which is building and owning solar projects.
