Good management but not much growth opportunity - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer - Computer Applications presso Saven Tech

I have worked for Saven Tecnologies for over 6 years now. Prior to that, I was directly employed by a technology startup (2 years) and a large insurance company (5.5 years). As a senior consultant, Saven gave me autonomy in selecting which clients I work with and disengage from, based on my preferences. The pay and benefits have been competitive and certain benefits like workforce regulatory compliance aka immigration support has been un-parallel in my experience. I had FTE job leads from a couple of FAANG companies but I decided to stay with Saven because they treat me well and treat me like a valuable employee.

There are many cons I think of.

Nothing much to talk about. Just another consulting company.
