It's disappointing to hear that you started out strong and were even "helping other team members," but ultimately weren't successful with us! I'm sorry that we lost you! We are always looking for people with promotable skills like those that you described. Employees with these skill sets often grow and develop into more senior roles with us!
Regarding attendance and punctuality, SaviLinx understands that life happens and we have developed our policies accordingly. A single, or even a couple late starts, would not rise to the level of separation of employment. If you feel as though you were not treated fairly, please contact me at HR@savilinx.com so I can review your specific situation with you. I do need to clarify that extended absences from illness or other situations are handled under our generous employee leave policies.
Thank you again for providing us with your experience (even though it's hard to hear). We use the information you provide to continually improve. In fact, you many not be aware depending on your departure date, but SaviLinx just increased compensation for many positions!
